This policy explains how Spin City & Cafe, at 2nd Level, East Concourse, Limketkai Center, Cagayan de Oro City, handles personal data collected through this website. We follow the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules.

Name, email address and mobile number
When: When you create an account or book a session online
Why: To hold your booking, let you sign in to manage it, and reach you if a session changes
Your bookings — session type, date, time and party size
When: When you reserve a slot
Why: To reserve your place on the floor and show your booking history to you and our front desk
Basic technical data — IP address, browser and device type
When: Automatically, when you visit the site
Why: Security, fraud prevention and keeping the site working. We do not use advertising cookies.
We do not take card or e-wallet details on this website — sessions are paid for at the rink — so no payment card data is collected or stored here.
Who Handles It
Service Providers
We use a small number of service providers to run the site and the booking system. They process data only on our instructions, and we do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
- Supabase Account sign-in and the booking database
- Cloudflare Website hosting and network security
- Resend Sending booking confirmation emails
Some of these providers store data on servers outside the Philippines. Where that happens, we rely on their contractual data-protection commitments.
How Long
Keeping Your Data
We keep your account and booking records for as long as your account is active, and afterwards only for as long as we need them for legitimate business or legal reasons — for example, tax and accounting records. You can ask us to close your account and remove your details at any time using the contact routes below.

- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct anything that is inaccurate or out of date
- Object to how we use it, or withdraw consent you have given
