Terms of Use
What you can expect from us when you book online, and what we ask of you at the rink.
These terms apply to bookings made through this website with Spin City & Cafe, 2nd Level, East Concourse, Limketkai Center, Cagayan de Oro City. By booking a session you agree to them, along with the waiver you sign at the counter on your first visit.
Booking Online
How Bookings Work
A booking reserves your place, not a payment
Nothing is charged online. You pay at the counter when you arrive, so the rate shown when you book is the rate you pay at the rink.
Book the pass that matches your day
Weekday and weekend/holiday passes are priced differently. If a date has no slots for the pass you picked, the booking page will offer the matching one.
You book an arrival time, not a session
The rink has no fixed session timetable. Your pass runs for its full length from the moment you step on the floor, and your wristband colour tells our floor team when it is up. The time you pick when booking is when we hold your place.
Online bookings cannot be cancelled
Once a booking is made it stays on the calendar. If your plans change, message us at least 30 minutes before your arrival time and we will move you — an online booking can be re-booked once, within the same month as the original.
No-shows forfeit the booking
If you do not arrive and have not asked us to move the booking, the slot is released and the booking is closed.
Bookings open about 12 weeks ahead
For a party or a large group further out than that, message us and we will arrange it directly.
At The Rink
Entry & Safety
Registration and waiver on arrival
On your first visit you scan a QR code at the counter to register and sign the waiver. Every skater needs to complete this before going on the floor. Skaters under 18 need a parent or guardian to sign for them, and the minimum age to skate is 4.
Socks are required
Socks must be worn on the floor. Bring your own or buy a pair at the counter — knee-high at ₱130, ankle socks at ₱100 for adults and kids.
Wristbands
You are issued a wristband for your session. Keep it on — it is your pass for the floor, and it is not transferable. For timed passes the wristband is collected as you leave.
Skate rental is included
Every pass includes skate rental.
Lockers
Lockers are available for a small fee per use so you are not skating with your bag.
House rules and staff instructions
Skating carries a risk of falls and collisions. Please follow the posted house rules and our floor attendants at all times — they can ask anyone to leave the floor for their own safety or that of others.
Your Account
Using The Site
- Keep your account details accurate so we can reach you about a booking.
- Your account is for your own bookings and those of your group — please do not share your sign-in with others.
- You can ask us to close your account at any time. See the Privacy Policy for how.
Changes
Sessions & Rates
Session times, rates and package details can change — the live booking calendar and the rates page always show what is current. Very occasionally we may need to cancel or move a session, for example for maintenance or a private event; if that affects a booking you have made, we will contact you using the details on your account.
