Waiver

I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge and fully understand that roller skating which includes the use of roller skates, participation in events, or related activities at Spin City Roller Skating Rink ("Spin City") inherently involves risks of bodily injury or harm that may result in disability or even death. I willingly, voluntarily, and in good faith, assume all related risks beyond the control of Spin City arising from my participation.

In consideration for being allowed to enter and use the facilities and equipment at Spin City, I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Spin City, its owners, employees, agents, affiliates, and all other persons or entities associated with its operation, from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death caused by, or arising in connection with, my participation in roller skating or any other related activity at Spin City. I hereby agree to waive any claims against Spin City, its owners, employees, agents, affiliates, and all other persons associated with its operation, to indemnify and hold them harmless for injuries, damages, and costs including legal fees, in the absence of due care, whether caused by my negligence or of Spin City, all arising from my participation thereof.

I hereby declare and confirm without concealment, that I am in good health and capable of engaging in roller skating and related activities. I hereby agree to immediately notify, inform, and disclose to Spin City staff if I have any physical or medical condition that may affect my ability to safely participate.

I acknowledge that I must wear complete protective gear (e.g., helmet, pads) at all times for the entire duration of the activity and ought not to proceed with the activity without, or lacking any of the gear as recommended or required by Spin City. Otherwise, Spin City shall not be held liable for any related injuries solely caused by my negligent and reckless behavior.

I hereby agree to comply with all the rules and regulations set forth by Spin City concerning the use of the facilities, safety, and proper conduct. I understand that failure to follow these rules may result in my removal from the premises without a refund. I hereby further agree that this Waiver may be pleaded in bar to any suit of whatever purpose in any legal proceeding.

Minors: If I am signing on behalf of a minor participant, I hereby certify that I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor participant hence, I am authorized to sign this Waiver on his or her behalf. Accordingly, I hereby acknowledge and accept all related risks arising from their participation and assume full responsibility for their actions as described above.

By signing, I hereby acknowledge and certify that I have read the entirety of this Waiver with full understanding of its contents and had fully consented thereto, freely and without duress. I understand that I am legally bound by this waiver.

This waiver is valid for one year.
